Rope training had been neglected for a while now and I finally egg-ed myself on to get myself up there two days ago at Viva Vertical STAGE studio

What I told myself…..


Inspired by the M.E.T. Method philosophy, I went back to the basics to find room for improvement.

Need more strengthening of the shoulders
Need more flexibility on back bend & rotator cuffs
The Neck Hang. One of my favorites but sooooo need to get this holding longer!

I've been told that I'm tiny but tough, so I must have gotten SOME things right. On the inside, I feel like a mushy marshmellow who's a hopeless romantic and find corny cute.
