One of the Best Christmas Gifts

…could very well be something that someone can truly appreciate(and feel) from the inside – THE GIFT OF FITNESS.

M.E.T. Master Trainers Diamond and Michaela had graciously joined me at Viva Vertical STAGE, to lead a M.E.T. Method based workout.  Joining in on coaching was also M.E.T. Certified Trainer Jeremy Ng, thank you for joining us Jeremy!

So after a full day of Pole Classes and Workshops at Viva Vertical, the girls jumped into the workout with whatever energy was left in them…I must say I was IMPRESSED!!! Who Run The World!?!?! 😉

Starting in January, there’ll be a new schedule of Small Group Training at Viva Vertical STAGE on Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons.  Schedule updates will be posted here or on FACEBOOK. I've been told that I'm tiny but tough, so I must have gotten SOME things right. On the inside, I feel like a mushy marshmellow who's a hopeless romantic and find corny cute. Writing "About Me" sections had evolved in the past x years of online profiles, currently, it sits at me still hungry for enlightening experiences and insightful traveling, particularly with human connections. My story at full length on the "About" page :) Thank you for poking around!
