For whom Aerial Dance a great class for new and experienced dancers to join and receive an introduction on all of the apparatus which we offer and teach before deciding on a specialised course. Benefits Aerial Dance is great for improving core strength, stability, balance as well as flexibility.

What is Stage Performance?

Stage Performance; it’s a course aimed at those who are performers, those who want to be performers and also those who want learn as well as experience something new. It is a course which works for all fields of artistry regardless of form and function. It is aimed towards building an artist, who already have the learnt and inert talent for their art to now project it to an audience, regardless of the stage medium (live or recorded), as a complete, maximized and inspiring performance. This course will concentrate on building the person itself with self awareness as well as realization, stage technical skills and total performance technical skills to finally make a complete performing artist; either on stage or off it (in real life).
