After what seemed like the bus ride of nightmare from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, we finally made it to our lovely hosts beautiful house. And seeing those nicely made flowers on our guestbed was just the sweet touch that made us heaved a huge sigh of relief and welcome. Thanks Lil K! 😉

Having the course at our Master Trainer’s house was a pretty cool change of environment, just like working out in your own front yard! awesomeness!

Intimidating….but COOL!

Lil K was in great hosting shoes, she prepared an array of snacks & desserts for the hungry ViPR course participants

Mark improvising MMA movements with ViPR

Nicole on Vitality exercises with ViPR

Joe helped us out with a ton of his Reconditioning exercise ideas using ViPR

I look like I would quite useless on the farm 😛

The most fun exercise -> THROW!

Congratulations to Nik Abraham for being Singapore’s first Master Trainer for ViPR!

I've been told that I'm tiny but tough, so I must have gotten SOME things right. On the inside, I feel like a mushy marshmellow who's a hopeless romantic and find corny cute. Writing "About Me" sections had evolved in the past x years of online profiles, currently, it sits at me still hungry for enlightening experiences and insightful traveling, particularly with human connections. My story at full length on the "About" page :) Thank you for poking around!
