Here’s an introduction of the course (from

Movement Efficiency Training Course (M.E.T)

Teaching the body how to move efficiently and effectively using a cutting edge, neuroscience inspired system, of systematically layering movement patterns to optimally engage the brain and body.

Developing effective movement pattern progressions and regressions depends greatly on the readiness of the nervous system. This One-Day, ACE-Accredited Course will teach you how to effectively and systematically layer movement progressions to stimulate movement ability in your clients, so they can learn to move more efficiently, thus gain more confidence to move.
This system can be applied with any type of movement based equipment but the focus will be primarily on using Sandbells and the Hyperwear Vest.

By the end of this course you will be able to:
  • Have a basic understanding of the relationship between the brain and body with regards to movement, mood, learning, and memory.
  • Understand how to use Sandbells to train The Fundamental Movement Patterns
  • Understand how to Layer Movement Pattern Progressions under load to optimally stimulate the Brain and Body
  • Understand how to modify Movement Patterns for various types of clients and training goals

Learn effective MET Workouts for clients of all levels.

I've been told that I'm tiny but tough, so I must have gotten SOME things right. On the inside, I feel like a mushy marshmellow who's a hopeless romantic and find corny cute. Writing "About Me" sections had evolved in the past x years of online profiles, currently, it sits at me still hungry for enlightening experiences and insightful traveling, particularly with human connections. My story at full length on the "About" page :) Thank you for poking around!
